Peaceful bulls, sleepy pink flamingos, canals, rice fields and the Rhone delta: welcome to the Camargue, and more precisely to La Chassagnette, an old sheepfold rehabilitated into a contemporary farmhouse. The chef-gardener Armand Arnal has planted his fork(tte) in the middle of an organic vegetable garden and the orchard that surrounds it. Apart from the plants, the chef does not restrict himself to anything, neither the bull meat from the manades, nor the lambs from the neighbouring shepherd, nor the fish from the Grau-du-Roi fish market... Three hectares of gardens, vegetable gardens, greenhouses, beehives, orchards... and a sumptuous green terrace. What a charm!
